About us...

    We are Mike and Rita Bledsoe the founders of Custom Cuisine. We have lived in Canton since 1995. We have each spent the last 16 years in the food service business at Wal-Mart. We spent most of that time as District Bakery and Food Merchandisers supervising operations, people, and merchandising. We both receive  real enjoyment from food preparation. We think this business offers a real opportunity to offer a true value in food products for many of the residents in Van Zandt county. We truly feel as though this is home for us on earth and always wanted a  business that is a part of our community. 

Our Philosophy on Food...

    The ultimate test of our business will be when our customers actually taste our food. Everything up to that point will be a means to an end. Given that we will do several things to ensure maximum customer satisfaction, we will use only high quality ingredients. We will custom make the marinates, many of the sauces, and test each recipe to insure it meets our standards of flavor, texture and eye appeal. We will always balance the menu with recipes that are familiar with things that we think you would like to try. Lastly, we will guarantee our food 100%
